Job summary

Lyft Flexdrive is seeking an Operations Lead in Philadelphia to manage a local team, oversee a fleet, and drive operational excellence across the Express Drive program. You will analyze performance data, coach staff, and optimize fleet utilization while partnering with vendors to ensure vehicle quality and timely maintenance.

This on-site role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and emphasizes a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and customer-focused service for Lyft drivers.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience managing Retail, customer service, or vehicle rental teams.
• 3+ years managing hard assets in a fleet management business.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to identify performance gaps and drive OKRs.
• Lead the team handling Express Drive end-to-end rental process and trainings.
• Foster growth through regular 1:1 meetings and feedback.
• Manage vehicle supply lifecycle from in-fleeting to maintenance and disposition.
• Oversee onboarding and retention for local site staff.
• Build relationships with service providers, collision shops, and partners.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and a positive workplace experience at the site.
