Job summary

Bridgeway in Clearwater, MN is seeking a Fleet Manager to grow revenue by building strong relationships with company drivers and owner operators, ensuring daily availability and freight needs are met.

You will act as the main link between drivers, the TMS and Account Managers, plan equipment to customer demand, and monitor utilization and revenue per truck to achieve service goals. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 1 requires 5+ years of Dispatcher or Fleet Manager experience with 25+ trucks.
• Level 2 requires 1-5 years experience with 20+ trucks.
• Level 3 is entry level, preferred some experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan trucks to available freight opportunities and loads daily.
• Maintain accurate TMS status for all trucks.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to meet customer service needs.
• Develop relationships with new drivers.
• Review load boards for freight opportunities.
• Monitor utilization and revenue per truck.
