E.W. Wylie, a longstanding transportation and logistics provider headquartered in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead drivers and ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

In this on-site, full-time role, you will coach drivers, coordinate dispatch plans, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations while maintaining strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a role requiring professional communication.
• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site role with standard hours, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and act as a servant leader to assigned drivers, ensuring they have information to be successful.
• Communicate dispatch plans to drivers and monitor pickup/delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with drivers to ensure tools are available for success and development.
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders.
• Analyze driver performance to identify opportunities for improvement and coach accordingly.
• Review KPIs such as driver miles, pay, home time, and schedules.
