• Responsible for the assigned full fleet of tractors and drivers, ensuring on-time performance, route efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure drivers understand customer and company expectations at dispatch.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Other duties as assigned by authorized personnel.
