Job summary

• Manage assigned full fleet of tractors and drivers to optimize on-time pickup/delivery, out of route miles, hours of service compliance, driver availability, routing needs, and cost control.
• Ensure each driver understands customer and company expectations on each load at dispatch.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
