• Sole communications link to driver, including load information, advances, purchase orders, maintenance coordination and general company news.
• Manage assigned fleet of tractors and drivers to optimize on-time performance, routing and cost control.
• Ensure drivers understand customer and company expectations on each load at dispatch.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by authorized personnel.
