Qualifications

• Requires college degree or five years fleet management experience.
• Ability to supervise drivers and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Sole communications link to drivers for load information, advances, PO, maintenance and company news.
• Manage full fleet performance including on-time pickup, routing, hours of service, cost control.
• Ensure drivers understand customer and company expectations for each load at dispatch.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
