Responsibilities

• Act as the sole communications link to drivers with load info, advances, PO, maintenance coordination.
• Manage a full fleet of tractors and drivers for optimal performance in on-time delivery, pallet management, routing, hours of service, and cost control.
• Ensure drivers understand customer and company expectations on each load.
• Daily accounting of all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
