Aurora is seeking a Dispatcher based in Coppell, TX to maximize fleet efficiency within Vehicle Operations. You will monitor loads and coordinate with operators and equipment, serving as the primary contact for escalations and ensuring timely, safe operations.

The role requires strong communication, risk assessment, and crisis management skills, with a focus on safety and cross-functional collaboration. In-office presence is expected several days per week to support mission goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years dispatch/fleet coordination/logistics experience in trucking/tech/robotics/auto/high-tempo ops.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to de-escalate team or customer friction.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software and GPS fleet tracking platforms.
• Passion for continuous improvement and mentoring teammates.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign loads, operators, and equipment to align with daily operational priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for execution escalations, communicating with customers and driving resolution.
• Provide core support for field operations, managing emergencies with composure and swift judgment.
• Identify bottlenecks, enforce global process standards, and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Cultivate a safety-first operational environment across all activities.
• Deliver clear, consistent updates to peers and leadership during daily shifts.
