Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to coach peers.
• Experience with CAD/GPS fleet tracking tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill field data into clear instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends and non-standard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign loads, operators, and equipment to match daily priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for execution escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Support field operations and manage emergencies with calm and Swift judgment.
• Identify bottlenecks, enforce standards, and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain a strict safety-first operational environment across activities.
• Provide clear, consistent updates to peers and leadership during real-time shifts.
