Position Summary

The Operability Engineer will be responsible for leading and coordinating fleet operations and vehicle software activities, including software deployment, troubleshooting, quality investigations, proving-ground support, release validation, and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure vehicle readiness, manage issue escalations, and drive continuous operational improvements across fleet and software programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fleet operations and vehicle software update activities.
• Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and investigation of vehicle quality and operability issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and support proving-ground testing activities.
• Coordinate OTA/software deployments and validate releases.
• Monitor fleet readiness and provide regular status reporting.
• Lead issue escalation management and ensure corrective actions are completed.
