Qualifications

• Experience with fleet operations and readiness for vehicle fleets.
• Hands-on knowledge of OTA updates and related software update workflows.
• Strong diagnostics skills with ability to interpret findings and guide next steps.
• Proficiency with CAN tools and using diagnostics tools to support troubleshooting.
• Proven troubleshooting capability with quality investigations and root-cause analysis support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fleet operations and vehicle software-update activities, ensuring smooth execution and readiness.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Support proving-ground activities and reliability improvements for vehicle and software performance.
• Assist with deployments, release validation, and readiness monitoring to confirm changes meet expectations.
• Update reports, elevate identified issues, and support corrective-action tracking, audits, and continuous process improvement.
