• 1+ year of relevant automotive fleet, vehicle operability, validation, or diagnostics experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting vehicle software updates, fleet readiness, and structured troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and CAN-based tools.
• Ability to collect logs, reproduce issues, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Experience supporting software deployments or release validation and maintaining accurate status reports.
