Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Lead Operability Engineer for onsite work in Auburn Hills, MI. You will coordinate fleet operations and vehicle software activities, lead software updates, deployments, and release validation, and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor readiness, perform root-cause analysis, support proving-ground activities, and contribute to audits and process improvements while ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of automotive fleet, vehicle operability, validation, or embedded-software experience.
• Experience leading complex technical activities with cross-functional stakeholders and escalations.
• Experience leading fleet operations, vehicle-software updates, deployment coordination, and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet operations and vehicle software-update activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and investigation of quality and operability concerns.
• Support proving-ground activities and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate software deployments and validate releases.
