The role requires at least 2 years of office experience; car rental industry background is preferred. The position demands strong organization, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and on-premise work in Chicago.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of office experience.
• 2+ years in the car rental industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily inventory of all vehicles.
• Update status of idle/out-of-service vehicles daily.
• Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed.
• Issue POs to vendors and assist with vehicle movement.
• Coordinate repair/maintenance transfers to vendors or facilities.
• Assist with vehicle cycle from arrival to end of cycle.
