Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and asset movement, while maintaining records and compliance. Prior fleet operations experience and a valid license are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet scheduling, maintenance, fueling, detailing, inspections, and repairs.
• Manage vehicle availability and movement of fleet, prototypes, and test assets.
• Maintain vehicle records, fuel card tracking, and usage documentation.
• Process driver authorizations, access requests, and compliance requirements.
• Support testing, benchmarking, and data collection activities.
• Assist with transportation, deliveries, and event support.
