Job summary

Sixt-US in Tampa is seeking an Operational Support Associate to join our team at Tampa North Dale Mabry. You will interact with customers face-to-face, guide them through rental options, and support fleet readiness to ensure smooth operations.

You will contribute to sales performance, assist with vehicle movement, and coordinate with service partners while maintaining high service standards. A flexible schedule is available with bonus opportunities. The role pays $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Background in delivering customer service and driving sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Strong organizational and basic computer skills.
• Team oriented with adaptability to changing needs.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and upsell opportunities.
• Support customers throughout rental journey, gather feedback, and maintain service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, vehicle readiness, inventory coordination, and partner communication.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks for fleet presentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and service records, collaborating across teams.
