Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Assistant in Kailua, Hawaii to help manage daily fleet inventory, schedule maintenance and repairs, and prepare new vehicles for rentals. You will coordinate with dealerships, handle documentation, and support vehicle disposal and accident reporting with attention to detail and reliability.

The role offers an hourly wage of $25.50 with opportunities to learn the ins and outs of our mobility operations and grow within a global mobility provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fleet inventory checks, ensuring accurate vehicle tracking and management.
• Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, spare keys, and proper tagging in our inventory system.
• Assist with vehicle disposal preparations, including condition reports and verifying equipment completeness.
• Support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles.
