Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign transportation requests and service coverage based on operational needs.
• Monitor driver activity and vehicle utilization throughout the day.
• Coordinate schedule changes and service adjustments.
• Maintain communication with drivers regarding assignments and updates.
• Ensure adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
• Provide driver support during shifts and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service quality and report operational data.
