Cupertino Electric, Inc. seeks an experienced Fleet Vehicle Administrator in San Jose, CA to manage registrations, DMV transactions, and data entry for a large vehicle fleet across multiple states.

The role requires DOT compliance knowledge, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and JD Edwards. You will help ensure recalls, fuel card issuance, and fleet data integrity while collaborating with the Fleet Management team.

Qualificações

• Education: High Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred in Accounting/Business.
• Experience: minimum two years in fleet operations.
• Experience with vehicle registrations and DMV processes.
• Strong communication across organization and teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and JD Edwards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all vehicle registrations, license plates and DMV transactions.
• Disperse recall and smog notifications in a timely manner.
• Credit card reconciliation and data entry into systems.
• Enter accurate vehicle data into associated systems.
• Assist in issuing fuel cards for company vehicles.
• Perform fleet data audits and update JD Edwards and related systems.
• Support other fleet-related tasks as needed.
