Job summary

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Fleet Manager to coordinate the agency’s Transportation Department. This role ensures the safe, timely, and compliant movement of clients while improving operational efficiency, reducing staff burnout, and strengthening communication between transportation services and program leadership.

The Fleet Manager serves as the central point of accountability for transportation operations, staffing, scheduling, routing, compliance, and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum managing employees.
• 24 months experience in fleet services.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• 3 year motor vehicle report required.
• Experience with electronic fleet management systems.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing, dispatching, and scheduling.
• Oversee all transportation requests and tickets.
• Reconcile fleet management invoices.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and lease renewals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor credentials, vehicle readiness, and documentation.
• Serve as liaison with program management and leadership.
• Provide operational updates and performance metrics.
