Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing and dispatching drivers and using routing software.
• At least 2 years coaching, mentoring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily driver activities and meetings.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training and discipline of drivers.
• Monitor and review work, provide technical guidance on complex issues.
