You will work in a hybrid office setting, handling data entry, documentation, and supplier management while collaborating with the fleet team to optimize asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in fleet operations or asset management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and fleet management software.
• Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
• Hybrid office schedule requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records for all fleet vehicles (registration, insurance, maintenance).
• Ensure regulatory compliance by managing documentation and reports.
• Monitor and record fleet activities for smooth operation.
• Input and update data in fleet management software; manage transfers and disposals.
• Generate regular reports on fleet performance and costs.
• Monitor expenses (maintenance, fuel, insurance) and assist budget prep.
• Manage supplier records and service contracts; coordinate maintenance scheduling.
• Assist drivers/clients with inquiries and updates.
• Support in acquiring new fleet assets and vendors.
