Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Fleet Clerk in Houston, TX to provide clerical support for fleet operations, register entry/exit of vehicles, and keep accurate vehicle records.

Youll process invoices, answer phones, coordinate vehicle movements between locations, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure fleet accuracy and smooth operations. On-the-job training and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months office clerical experience or familiarity with automotive parts and tools is a bonus.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

• Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet.
• Support movement of vehicles between locations.
• Maintain records related to vehicle status and documentation.
• Process invoices and answer phones.
