Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work outdoors on occasion or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to sit, type, talk, hear, and move throughout the location; and drive various vehicles if needed.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; remote work not offered.
• 6 months office clerical experience or familiarity with automotive parts and tools is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet.
• Support movement of vehicles between locations.
• Maintain accurate records related to vehicle status and documentation.
• Maintain records for vehicle registrations, license plates, stickers, and keys.
• Process invoices; answer phones; communicate with internal teams and external partners.
