Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Service Manager to direct daily work orders to technicians and oversee service operations. You will ensure safety procedures are followed, supervise productivity, and support sales with quotes and product lookups.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with service scheduling, and knowledge of diesel/gasoline heavy trucks, OSHA rules, and related VMRS/TMC standards. On-site Kentucky based opportunity.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience assigning service work orders to technicians.

Responsibilities

Receives, assigns, and monitors service work orders to technicians.
Oversees productivity of technicians with focus on monthly revenue goals.
Maintains employee administrative files and certifications.
Provides service quotes and product lookups to support sales staff.
Manages customer fleet work orders and related needs.
Assists with warehouse duties and inventory control.
Ensures safety, cleanliness, and organization of the workspace.
Ensures branch opening/closing procedures are followed.
