Snider Fleet Solutions in Texas is seeking a Mechanical Service Manager to direct daily work orders to technicians and oversee safety and process adherence. You will lead with strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive results and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience assigning service work orders to technicians
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; able to learn AS400, SAP, BTN
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (state/federal)
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline powered class 5-8 heavy trucks
• Familiarity with VMRS codes and TMC recommended practices
• Valid Driver's License and insurability to operate company equipment

Responsabilités

• Receives, creates, assigns, and monitors all service work orders to technicians
• Ensures technician productivity with focus on monthly revenue goals
• Maintains up-to-date employee files, DOT Med Cards, ASE/TIA certifications, forklift safety, and evaluations
• Provides sales staff support through service quotes and product lookups
• Manages customer fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other client needs
• Aids with warehouse duties (inventory, loading/unloading, barcoding, billing)
• Conducts daily safety/organization reviews of warehouse, bays/trucks, and equipment
