Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Light Duty Vehicle Manager to oversee the fleet of light‑duty vehicles across sites. You will manage daily operations, schedule maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with operations and field teams to keep vehicles available and reliable.

You will track usage and costs, develop SOPs, and report to leadership on utilization and savings opportunities. The role requires solid knowledge of fleet management, DOT regulations, and proficiency with fleet software

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, automotive technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of fleet management experience in a high-demand setting.
Experience managing light-duty vehicles across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the light-duty vehicle fleet to ensure availability and compliance.
Oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, servicing, and repairs.
Forecast vehicle needs and coordinate allocation for job sites and departments.
Track usage, fuel consumption, and costs to identify savings opportunities.
Maintain records of inspections, licenses, registrations, warranties, and insurance.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Prepare reports on utilization and cost-saving initiatives.
Implement safety protocols and ensure drivers are trained.
Develop and update SOPs for vehicle use, maintenance, and safety.
