Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Loretto, MN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily transportation and fleet operations. You will supervise drivers, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safe, timely deliveries while partnering with the Terminal Manager for day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes driver development, DOT compliance, and maintenance coordination, with a typical on-site schedule and opportunities to influence service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of freight or logistics experience.
• Excel proficiency from intermediate to expert level.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience managing commercial drivers.
• Petroleum or fuel industry experience is a plus.
• Dispatch experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support drivers and team members.
• Coordinate daily driver scheduling, staffing, and attendance approvals.
• Manage day-to-day fleet and driver issues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support dispatch and routing for LTL, FTL, and tank/fleet operations.
• Oversee driver hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor DOT compliance and driver qualification requirements.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with the Regional Fleet Manager.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and ready for operation.
