Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a role including vehicle maintenance responsibilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair basic vehicle issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on a fleet including box trucks, cargo vans, pickups, and sedans
• Diagnose and safely perform minor vehicle repairs and upkeep
• Retrofit vehicles with equipment for robotic operations
• Coordinate towing or transport to external shops for advanced repairs
• Document vehicle issues, troubleshooting steps, repairs, and outcomes
• Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and laws for drivers
• Collaborate with robot operations and service teams to diagnose and repair vehicle issues
• Suggest improvements to maintenance processes and workflows
