Qualifikationen

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations; substitution possible.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations; substitution possible.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Aufgaben

• Workflow Management: analysis, planning, scheduling and assigning work to technicians; productivity tracking and optimization.
• Labor Management: training and development of personnel; performance management.
• Customer Management: maintain customer relationships and vehicle uptime; communication on PM scheduling and status updates.
• Asset Management: maintain shop appearance, equipment needs, and inventory control.
• Quality Management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits.
