Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Foreperson Fleet Services to provide on-site leadership for White Fleet Services and ensure safe, efficient maintenance of the district's vehicle fleet. You will plan, organize, and supervise maintenance programs, manage inventories, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, budget awareness, and in-depth knowledge of fleet diagnostics and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in automotive maintenance and repair with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with fleet management and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise White Fleet Services personnel on-site.
• Maintain a database of fleet vehicles and parts with preventive maintenance schedules.
• Oversee vendor repairs, warranties, and inventory control.
• Prepare and present financial reports and maintenance budgets.
