Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Ladson, SC to lead our diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and schedule repairs while ensuring safety and quality. This role focuses on building strong morale and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fleet maintenance management, with experience leading teams in metrics-driven environments. The position includes a training program, travel within the district, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Must follow DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
• Monitor associate work levels
• Facility management, assuring a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor
