You will oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and diagnostic tasks for tractors, trucks, and trailers, while maintaining morale and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
