Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years in team management with strong metrics.
• Experience overseeing technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead, train and develop maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cost control of assets.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor team performance and attendance.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and safety.
