Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet maintenance management experience overseeing technicians.
• 3 years of team management in a high‑operational environment.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cost controls for maintenance assets.
• Oversee repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate workload and performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and facility.
• Travel within district as required.
