Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate repairs, and maintain high morale while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Riviera Beach location and includes oversight of preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to tractors, trucks, and trailers.

Candidates should have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years of team management with strong operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred or at least 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred.
• Must understand and comply with Penske guidelines and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
