Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mobile, AL to lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and maintain high morale while delivering excellent customer service.

You will hire, train, and develop technicians, oversee preventive, mechanical, and electrical repairs, and manage safety, quality, and costs in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Travel within district is expected, and training programs will equip you for leadership growth within Penske.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3 years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
