Job summary

Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and drive customer satisfaction. You will hire, train, and develop a skilled team while managing preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs on tractors, trucks, and trailers.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years of fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team leadership within metrics-driven environments. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred
• 3+ years of team management in an metrics-driven environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske’s assets
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs
• Monitor associate work levels
• Facility management and a safe workplace
