Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Carson, CA to lead diesel technicians, coordinate preventive and repair work, and drive high service standards. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to meet customer expectations while managing costs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred or 3 years of team management with strong metrics.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to work a schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Must have valid driver's license and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
