Ryder System, Inc. in Doraville, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a shift of technicians, manage workflow, and drive performance across safety, quality and asset targets. You will backfill for leadership, coordinate PMs and breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy-duty truck or auto repair shop environment.
• Ability to analyze workflow, plan and schedule work for technicians.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and cost control.
• Proven supervisory capability for up to 10 technicians.
• Good communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage shift operations and technician workload.
• Oversee scheduling, KPIs and labor targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and timely PMs/breakdowns.
• Control location maintenance budget and P&L impacts.
• Perform quality inspections and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety and EPA regulations.
• Develop teams and back up Manager, Maintenance Services as needed.
