Position Summary:
As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep your customers happy. Your duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs to tractors, trucks, and trailers.
You will be involved in hiring, training, and developing vehicle maintenance technicians to meet customer expectations. Preferred candidates will have at least 3+ years of fleet vehicle maintenance management or team management experience with strong operational metrics. This position offers growth opportunities into leadership roles and does not require being a mechanic.
This role is located at the Penske facility at 163-01 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY. It is a 1st shift supervisor position: Tuesday to Saturday, with a salary range of $69,100 - $91,500.
