Summary Supervise Maintenance, repair and modifications of equipment. Record incoming work, assign priorities according to production requirements and manpower availability. Insures that parts and tools are on hand, maintain log of work completed, overtime records, review time sheets for accuracy. Supervise and train repairers and utility persons assigned to Maintenance. Enforce safety and productivity standards. Keep morale high and maintain a cooperative interactive relationship with subordinates. Essential Functions

Education and Experience Solid Maintenance or reliability experience required. Specific course work that is highly desirable - Maintenance Planning, Reliability Centered Maintenance, A CMMS training certificate.
