Position Summary: The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of technicians and welders aimed at maintaining the locations equipment/fleet in peak operating conditions with the collaboration and guidance of the Fleet Maintenance Manager. They provide direction to technicians, welders, and administrative personnel to ensure that all repair/maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preventative maintenance, and repair of company equipment, as well as administrative duties such as parts procurement, inventory management, asset tracking, and cost control. The Maintenance Supervisor utilizes fleet management and onboard computing software to monitor vehicle performance and cost.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5pm - 2am (subject to change depending on operational needs)
