The Technical Maintenance Specialist will deliver training, oversee inspections, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime while maintaining high standards for fleet reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role within the transport industry.
• Experience in management and leadership responsibilities.
• A technical qualification in maintenance is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fleet maintenance training programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Lead audits and inspections for maintenance records.
• Manage Maximo preventative maintenance and reports.
• Collaborate with vendors for repairs and compliance.
• Develop and update training materials.
