Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager in California to lead scheduling and oversight of vehicle maintenance for a large fleet. You will manage in-house and third-party providers, review repair details and costs, and coordinate roadside response and regulatory inspections to ensure uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate brings five+ years in fleet management, ASE or Cummins certifications, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and maintain compliance with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet management experience.
• Diesel engine repair experience.
• 5 years of Cummins Engine Repair.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CDL not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance for a fleet of commercial passenger vehicles.
• Oversee adherence to WeDriveU maintenance and safety SOPs and regulations.
• Utilize the EAM ERP system to track work orders and parts inventory.
• Manage preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs for the facility's vehicles.
• Represent maintenance in cross-functional coordination with driver care, route operations and customer care.
• Supervise the maintenance staff.
