Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance ops.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan/schedule work, assign to technicians, track productivity, lead shift meetings.
• Labor management: supervise and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: maintain customer relationships and vehicle uptime; PM scheduling & follow-ups.
• Asset management: maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicle specs; manage parts inventory.
