Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance experience in fleet or truck repairs.
• Knowledge of repair times, labor rates and parts costs.
• Experience with tires service is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, time management and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound calls for maintenance pre-approval and respond within guidelines.
• Approve repairs and enter work orders into the system.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and cost efficiency.
• Identify issues and coordinate with field maintenance teams.
• Generate minor reports and maintain accurate data records.
• Collaborate with vendors and providers to optimize fleet utilization.
