Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking an experienced fleet maintenance supervisor to manage the shop and staff responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of the Sysco fleet.

You will ensure safety, security, and cost control through effective maintenance systems and administration. The role requires coordinating with departments, managing parts procurement, and administering budgets while maintaining compliance with OSHA and DOT programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Trailer/ CVOR qualifications and other safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet maintenance operations and safety for shop staff.
• Oversee labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling and vendor interactions.
• Oversee parts inventory and purchasing orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and certifications.
