Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial in Ellenwood, GA is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Supervisor to oversee the fleet maintenance and repair operations, and to lead shop technicians and mechanics.

The role includes scheduling tasks, coordinating repairs on diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment, maintaining maintenance records, and enforcing safety standards. You will hire and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure efficient operation of the in-house auto repair shop.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance and Repair Supervisor will oversee the facility and be responsible for maintaining and repairing the company’s fleet of vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment. The supervisor will also serve as a direct supervisor to all shop technicians and mechanics.

Physical Demands

This job in a dynamic environment requires being sensitive to change and responsive to changing goals, priorities, and needs. Intermittently balancing, crouching, feeling, fingering, grasping, handling, hearing, lifting, mental acuity, pulling pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, and visual acuity. Also requires heavy work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Working Conditions
